Diagnostic Solutions Pty. Ltd. is a privately owned organisation based in Melbourne, Australia. Diagnostic Solutions Ltd. is a wholly owned New Zealand subsidiary of the Australian company. We service and supply products to all major cities across Australia and New Zealand. We are a leading supplier of diagnostic autoimmune and quality control products to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Commencing with the distribution of the Immuno Concepts and MeDiCa product ranges, Diagnostic Solutions has grown considerably since then. Diagnostic Solutions now also distributes the Streck, Biomedical Diagnostics (BMD) and Gen-Probe LIFECODES product ranges. Our goal is to align with suppliers of high quality, innovative products that provide our customers with solutions for the challenges in today's diagnostic laboratories.

As part of our commitment to provide superior technical and educational support for our customers, Diagnostic Solutions established a technical support laboratory in our Melbourne office. In early 2004, we moved to larger facilities and we now have dedicated training facilities, as well as an expanded warehouse and laboratory areas. The laboratory is equipped to provide exceptional sample and technical support through the use of our fluorescent / light microscope, with digital camera facilities; as well the automated systems for immunofluorescence, Luminex® and ELISA processing systems; the CARIS™ and FIDIS™ Systems.

Diagnostic Solutions also participates in the RCPA QAP Immunology Program, and submits Immunology QC data to the NRL EDC Net program. We continually work with our customers and suppliers to improve the quality and standardisation of the diagnostic kits and systems we market. We are active participants in the various Immunology Discussion Groups both here in Australia and New Zealand, and regularly attend and support the various Diagnostic Pathology conferences.
