James Dermott - Logistics Supervisor
James commenced with Diagnostic Solutions in 2010 in a newly created position as Logistics Supervisor. He has extensive experience in the logistics supply chain with a number of different industries including the IVD and science industries. He brings an excellent customer service ethic and logistics skills to Diagnostic Solutions. James has also completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology. |

Karen brings extensive experience to her role as Customer Services Officer. She has worked for a number of years in various customer service roles, and enjoys liaising with customers to assist with their needs and queries. Karen also has responsiblity for accounts receivables.
