David Primaux - Technical Support Manager
David has responsibilities for the Technical Support Team; managing this area and working closely with Nick and Andrew. David is based in Sydney directly supporting customers in Canberra, NSW and QLD. He also has responsibilities as the Product Manager for Instrumentation. He moved to Australia with his family in early 2009 from one of our key suppliers - BMD; where he was responsible for product development. He has extensive experience with the Luminex® system and also the CARIS™ and various ELISA and other automation systems. |

Andrew Rizio - Senior Technical Support Specialist
Andrew provides technical and training support to our customers in the field, as well as assisting in our Hot-Line Support. He is highly skilled in providing application support for our Luminex® systems and the CARIS™ front-end automation solutions for Immunofluorescence and Luminex® assay panels from BMD, Luminex Corporation and Gen-Probe Transplant Diagnostics [formerly Tepnel]. He also has completed service and support training for the new Elisys ELISA automation solutions from HUMAN. Prior to starting with Diagnostic Solutions, Andrew worked as a medical laboratory scientist in the areas of serology and immunology. |

Nick Laven - Technical Support Specialist
Nick is a welcome addition to our Technical Support Team and joined us in February 2010. Nick will be providing troubleshooting support for all products. He will take on responsibility for managing the Immuno Concepts PSITS Program as well as sample and troubleshooting support for our customer base. He has had extensive experience with the BMD CARIS™ system as well as the automated ELISA systems. As he has had extensive experience as a medical laboratory scientist Nick will also be supporting our Luminex Corporation and Gen-Probe Transplant immunology and molecular product ranges. |
