The Immuno Concepts ANA Screening RELISA® assay is available as another option for those laboratories that require a high volume ANA method. However, as the ANA ELISA assays are not able to detect the complete range of autoantibodies seen in a HEp-2000® / HEp-2 substrate, we recommend that any ANA ELISA is used in conjunction with ANA HEp-2000®.
In a number of studies the Immuno Concepts ANA RELISA® has been shown to detect the most common autoantibodies and show better correlation to Immunofluorescence ANA methods compared to its major competitors.
