Immuno Concepts have extended their range of ENA RELISA® assays. Australian laboratories have assisted in the development and optimisation of these kits. Both the SWS and Multiparameter (Characterisation) RELISA® kits are now available also as PLUS options with four (4) additional antibodies.

ENA RELISA® Single Well Screen [SWS] Plus NEW!
The new Immuno Concepts ENA RELISA® SWS Plus now screens 10 antibodies in a single well. These include:

• SS-A, SS-B, Sm, RNP, Scl-70, Jo-1
• PCNA, Ribosomal-P, Ro-52 and Pm-Scl Additional Antibodies

ENA RELISA® Multiparameter [MP]
The Immuno Concepts ENA RELISA® Characterisation assay is now known as the ENA RELISA Mulitparameter [MP] assay. This is to be consistent with the nomenclature used by Immuno Concepts.   They should be used to characterise the specific autoantibody following a positive screening result using the ENA RELISA® SWS /PLUS assays, ENA Auto-ID® or other ENA screening methods. Each Characterisation Strip is coated with the six most common autoantibodies:

• SS-A, SS-B, Sm, RNP, Scl-70 and Jo-1
• A blank well and the RELISA® Procedural Control are also included in each strip.

ENA RELISA® MP [Multiparameter] Plus NEW!
The Immuno Concepts ENA RELISA® MP Plus is to be used in conjunction with the ENA RELISA® MP kit and offers the ability to further characterise an additional four (4) antibodies:

• Ribosomal-P, Ro-52, Pm-Scl and PCNA Additional Antibodies

• One patient per strip
• Unique built in Procedural Control (RPC)
• Easily automated, with bulk kits available for larger laboratories
• Strips are whole plate pouched in a resealable pack to minimise setup time
  • no wastage for small laboratories
• Liquid stable reagents and break-away wells
• Consistent Immuno Concepts RELISA® methodology
