Cardiolipin RELISA® Kits
The Immuno Concepts Cardiolipin RELISA® assays are used extensively in both Australia and New Zealand. There are two key options available depending on your laboratory's needs; Screening or Isotyping.

  • Easily automated, with bulk kits available for larger laboratories
  • Strips are coloured coded, with break-away wells
  • Strips are whole plate pouched in a convenient resealable pack to minimise setup time whilst maintaining kit stability
  • Liquid stable reagents
  • Consistent Immuno Concepts RELISA® methodology, 30:30:15 minute incubation times

Cardiolipin Screening Kit: this is a total antibody kit is designed to screen patient samples for IgG, IgM, and IgA anti-cardiolipin antibodies. This kit is appropriate if your laboratory has a large volume of samples to screen, and they are predominantly negative.

  • Total Antibody (IgA, IgG, IgM) Conjugate
  • Patient results are qualitative (Pos/Neg)

Cardiolipin Isotyping Kit: this kit is able to provide a specific IgG and / or IgM semi-quantitative result.

  • Both Conjugates (IgG and IgM) are included in the one kit
    • no need to purchase 2 separate kits
    • more economical for low volume IgM users
    • all other reagents and antigen-coated wells are the same
  • Separate IgG and IgM calibrators provided are referenced to the Koike Standards
