In-House Laboratory
Diagnostic Solutions has an in-house laboratory with microscope facilities for performing Immunofluorescence (IF) assays such as ANA and tissue autoantibodies. We are also able to take digital IF photographs to better support our users. We also utilise the CARIS™ automated robotic pipetting systems and the FIDIS™ Luminex® system for assay application programming and support. Other assay methodologies used in our laboratory include ELISA, immunoblot (Dot-Blot) and ouchterlony immunodiffusion (Auto-ID®).
Technical SupportOur dedicated technical support team has first hand experience with our products so we can troubleshoot any issues quickly. We also provide field support with additional application programming support for our automated systems. If needed, our suppliers are also able to provide additional technical support using their own laboratories.
Training and Educational Support
We have a dedicated training area with extensive training tools available. We can either provide training in our own facilities or visit your laboratory and provide training for you on-site.
RCPA QAP ParticipationTo better support our customers, Diagnostic Solutions participates in the RCPA QAP for Immunology. We run the Immunology QAP samples using the most commonly used assays in our own laboratory. This enables us to measure the assay performances on a regular basis. Most of our Suppliers are also participants in the RCPA QAP.
Customer Service
The staff at Diagnostic Solutions has extensive experience in logistics and inventory management. We are able to support you with scheduling for special deliveries or lot numbers. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we obtain the most convenient kit configurations with the best expiry dates possible. Our Customer Service staff work closely with our customers to meet their individual requirements.
